		<description>Hi Cath, Thanks for the comment. I tried Martha Beck&#039;s suggestion regarding thinking about love rather than fear and couldn&#039;t believe how different the two thoughts made me feel, and about the same issue. When I thought about what I loved about the situation, I felt light and relaxed - but when I thought about the fear I could feel myself getting stressed and tighten up.
